RENTAL CONDITIONS

The tarif includes the unlimited kilometers, the pick-up and the return of the vehicle at the airport. The Taxes (18%) are not included in the price. The gasoline is the responsibility of the renter. A child safety seat is charged from 10 euros/daily.This cost is 60 euros maximum depending on the rental period.

The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21 with a valid driver's licence at least 2 years-old. For the category C and D the minimum age is 25, with a valid driver's licence at least 5 year-old. For the category E,F and G the minimum age is 27 with a valid driver's licence at least 7 year-old.

The minimum rental period is 24 hours.

The payment will be proceeded in cash at the pick-up of the vehicle. A guarantee of 150 to 300 euros (according the type of vehicle) will be asked. This guarantee will be given back at the return of the vehicle.

If delayed returns are more than 3 hours ,1 additional day is charged.

In case of an accident, the vehicle must not be moved from the accident site.The renter should declare it to the nearest police or gendarme station.The accident, theft and alcohol reports must be obtained from the nearest police or gendarme station in order to have the insurance.

The vehicle can be returned in a city different than the one it had been picked-up. In this case you will pay a sum equal to the number of kilometers separating these 2 cities to the prices of 0,33 Euro from the kilometer (minimum 100. - Euro).

Parking tickets and any traffic violations are under the responsibility of the renter.

The insurance of the vehicle for the damage and theft, are included.
The complementary insurance for small damage -(such as tire punctures,broken windows or headlights,etc- ) is 15.- Euros/week for B category and 40. - Euros/week for C,D,E,F et G categoies. If the rental period is 30 days, the fees are 35. - Euros/month maximum for B category and 90. - Euros/month maximum for C,D,E,F et G categories
In order to have additional person(s) drive the car along with the original renter, the details of their driving licence(s) must be registered in the rental agreement at the time of issuing contract, (it requires any additional cost). Otherwise all insurance coverage become void and both the renter and the additional driver(s) will be held fully responsible legally and financially for any and all damages and losses to City's property as well as to third parties. An additional fee is charged for each driver on per day basis other than the original renter.
